We respect your privacy. This document explains what data we collect, how we use it and how we keep it safe.
1. What data we collect
When you submit a request through the site we receive your name, email and/or phone and/or Telegram, plus your problem description. We also collect technical logs (IP, user-agent, request time) to protect against spam and to monitor site health.
2. How we use it
Request data is used solely to contact you about your inquiry and to prepare a proposal. Technical logs are used for security and uptime monitoring. We never sell your data and never share it with third parties for advertising.
3. Storage and security
Data is stored in protected databases under the control of the Corexy team. Access is restricted and logged. We retain requests for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
4. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage: to remember your language choice (NEXT_LOCALE), the chosen view mode (Plain / Technical — corexy_mode), and the fact that you've already seen the site's first-visit hints. No third-party marketing or analytics cookies are loaded. On the first visit we show a small notice to that effect — clicking the button records that you've seen it so the banner doesn't reappear.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time. Write to us at hello@corexy.ru or via Telegram @corexy_team.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be published on this page with the updated date.
