Consent to the processing of personal data
Version of 31 July 2026
This is the text you agree to when you tick the consent box on a form at corexy.io. It is a standalone document with its own tick box, as required by article 9(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ as amended by Federal Law No. 156-FZ of 24 June 2025.
1. Who you are giving consent to
Consent is given to the operator — Corexy, a self-employed contractor registered under the Russian professional-income tax regime, at the contacts listed at the foot of this document.
2. What data it covers
The data you enter yourself, and the technical data collected automatically when the form is sent.
- The name you provide.
- An email address and/or phone number and/or Telegram username — one channel is enough.
- The free-text description of your task.
- IP address, browser information, and the date and time of submission.
3. What it is for
Consent is given for the purposes below and no others. Any further purpose needs a fresh consent.
- Reviewing your enquiry and replying to it.
- Scoping the work and preparing a quote.
- Negotiating and, if you decide to go ahead, entering into a contract.
4. What may be done with it
Collection, recording, structuring, accumulation, storage, rectification, retrieval and use, by automated and non-automated means. The data is never disseminated to an indefinite range of people.
5. Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until its purposes are met, and in any case no longer than 24 months from your enquiry if no contract follows. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the email address in the details below. Processing then stops and the data is destroyed within 30 days, except where the law permits processing without consent.
6. Cross-border transfer
You are informed that your data is stored and processed on a server located in the Federal Republic of Germany, and you consent to it being transferred there — to the extent and for the purposes listed above, and no further.
7. What this consent does not cover
It does not cover news or promotional messages. There is a separate, optional tick box for that, and declining it has no effect on how your enquiry is handled.
8. Confirmation
By ticking the box and submitting the form you confirm that you are acting freely, of your own will and in your own interest, that you have read the personal data processing policy, and that the data you entered is your own. The fact, date and time of consent, and the version of this text, are recorded by the operator as evidence that it was given.
